Payment
Payment options include e-mail money transfer through most major banks), HyperWallet (through most Credit unions),
major credit cards through Pay Pal (additional fees apply), certified check, bank draft or money order. All funds must clear prior to shipping. Please confirm your order total before sending payment.
All electronically transferred payments should be sent using our E-mail address: westcoastdragons@shaw.ca Cash only on pick-ups.

Shipping
Due to the complex requirements in shipping outside of the country, West Coast Dragons only ships within Canada at this time. Spring to fall shipments (April 1st - Oct 31st) are shipped "Priority Courier" Monday or Tuesday on two day shipments and Monday - Wednesday on next day shipments. We also offer local shipping year round for pick-up at Victoria, Vancouver Harbour, Vancouver (YVR) or Langley via Harbour Air terminals. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Local pick-up can be arranged and we also offer local delivery to a limited area at a reasonable charge (limitations apply).

Alternate shipping requests will be considered at the purchaser's expense.
Placing a Dragon on Hold
We will hold any dragon with a 50% non-refundable deposit until a suitable shipping time can be arranged.
Guarantee Live Delivery
If in the extremely rare occurrence that your dragon (for any reason) does not survive shipment, notify us immediately upon arrival and we will replace the dragon at no charge. Someone must be present to sign for all deliveries. Documentation or the return of the dragon may be required.
Our Guarantee
At West Coast Dragons we take pride in knowing every dragon we sell has been bred and raised with the utmost consideration to proper husbandry and health. Our reputation is important to us and customer satisfaction is second only to the health and well being of our dragons. We guarantee that every dragon sold is eating well on both greens and live prey and has been housed and maintained in optimum conditions from hatching. We will never knowingly sell any dragon that is not in excellent health, nor will we sell babies until they have reached six inches in length or six weeks of age.

Portrayal and Sexing
We do our very best to accurately photograph and realistically describe each dragon and offer lineage and bloodline information. We do not digitally alter or change pictures of available dragons. When sexing young dragons we offer our experienced opinion (this is generally accurate). We do not guarantee the gender of young dragons unless specifically stated.
